How to use

1. Prep

Make sure the hat and your scalp are clean and dry.

Then Put on the LED light therapy hat and plug the power supply into a power outlet.

2. Turn on

NOTE: You can only see red LEDs, the other ones are in the infrared spectrum, invisible to the human eye. However, you can see them through your smartphone's camera.
